You must be at least 21 years old to register and use phmacow. This is a strict requirement under PAGCOR regulations. Underage accounts will be suspended and any balance returned.
Each player is permitted to hold only one phmacow account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phmacow ("phmacow," "we," "us," "our"). phmacow reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any real-money Balance will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any winnings derived from ineligible play.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the phmacow Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. phmacow employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, all associated Accounts may be suspended, Bonus Funds forfe ited, and real-money Balances reviewed in accordance with phmacow's fraud prevention procedures.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your phmacow Account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. phmacow may suspend or terminate Accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or outdated.
phmacow is required under PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Accounts. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be withheld pending successful KYC completion. phmacow will process KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe and will notify you of the outcome via your registered email address.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phmacow login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. phmacow will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security. You must notify phmacow immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
phmacow accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phmacow does not accept cash deposits or payments via third-party agents.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the phmacow cashier page and may be updated from time to time. Players are responsible for checking current limits before initiating transactions.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements. phmacow aims to process standard withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your bank or e-wallet provider. phmacow reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing large withdrawals.
phmacow complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment source used for the original deposit where technically possible. phmacow may request documentation to verify the source of funds for large transactions. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.

All games available on the phmacow Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.
phmacow uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phmacow will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last valid state. Where this is not possible, the affected bet may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Balance. phmacow's decision in such matters is final.
Note: Bets placed and accepted by the phmacow system are final. phmacow does not accept requests to cancel or reverse bets after they have been confirmed, except where a technical error on phmacow's part is established.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phmacow Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:
All content on the phmacow Platform — including but not limited to the phmacow brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of phmacow or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without phmacow's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phmacow's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phmacow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if phmacow has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
phmacow does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
phmacow collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
phmacow implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including SSL encryption and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and phmacow cannot guarantee absolute data security.
phmacow is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options to help Players manage their gaming activity.

You may close your phmacow Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (after deduction of applicable Bonus Funds and any amounts subject to ongoing investigations) will be returned to your verified payment method.
phmacow reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, where phmacow reasonably believes you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required to do so by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority. In such cases, phmacow may withhold your Balance pending investigation.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phmacow Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to phmacow's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
Where a dispute relates to a specific game outcome or transaction, phmacow's records shall be the primary source of evidence, subject to any contrary evidence you are able to provide.
phmacow reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phmacow will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
